  Can you tell us where in Scotland?
  
  There is the Yarn Festival in Edinburgh , but that's in March. In autumn there is Shetland Wool Week and Inverness International Knit Festival.

  A fabulous Aberdeenshire Castle is taking Part in World Knot in Public Day (July) by Yarn Bombing the trees up the drive to the Castle - if you are in Scotland the @Dedee perhaps you could get involved in that?
