multitude of ways… but what is your favourite way to spend New Year’s Eve?

The sausages are totally awesome, the steak pie's are the size of your head (or bigger), they do some pretty nice lunches during the week around noon-2 (pulled pork, mince & tatties etc), and it's got a proper locale clientele, all New Towner's, which is one of Edinburgh's nicer neighborhood's to live in if you didn't know.
Yes, Steak Pie bought in with a wee dram on New Year's day is the way to refuel after whatever you did the night before
A steak pie dinner on New Year's Day is also a tradition in my Edinburgh household. It'd be sacrilege to eat anything else.
