Driving to Edinburgh from South East England
So
you’re at the other end of the country. No problem. Getting
to Scotland by car from the South East of England is easier than you think.
Either
head north on the M40 and then the M6, all the way to the border. It’s not far
from there, or
opt to take the A1 up the east coast.
Or you can always take in a scenic detour.
But
within around seven hours of setting off from the London area, you’ll be in
Edinburgh.
North,
south, east, west - which route is best?
