The National Park Partnership Plan is the management for the Cairngorms National Park that is approved by Scottish Ministers
We help in the development of the Park strategy in consultation with partners, public sector, business, communities and land owners.

A proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) and an Economic Action Plan for the Cairngorms National Park were approved…
We are consulting on the Proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) 2020 for a period of ten weeks and we would like your views.
All local authorities and National Park Authorities must prepare an LDP which directs development within an area for a five year period, setting out land allocations to deliver appropriate development in the right places and policies that will clearly help guide future decisions on planning applications.

A number of Working Groups and Forums take place across the Park. These groups have the specialist knowledge to advise us on aspects of the Park which feed into our strategy and policy development.
