  Concerns raised with NHS infection control

  As part of an inquiry, the Health and Sport Committee has sent a letter to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, noting its concern with the current approach to the surveillance and monitoring of infection within the NHS in Scotland.

  In the letter, the Committee also raised concerns over the maintenance backlog NHS Scotland faces.
