Forestry and Land Scotland is an agency that values complaints. We are proud to be an organisation that uses the information you provide us to learn from and improve upon. If you have a concern or are dissatisfied with a service please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it whilst ensuring you are aware of progress along each stage.
What to include in your complaint:

- How you wish the matter to be resolved

Area specific complaints
If your complaint relates to a specific forest or area, please complain directly to the local Forestry and Land Scotland office.
Our regional offices manage work on the national forests and lands and any complaint related to activity in these forests should be directed to your local office.
