2. What are your levels of sickness absence for the past 2 years?
3. Does your policy deal with stress and mental health issues?
4. Do you hold separate statistics on stress and mental health issues?
5. Can you please advise what those levels are for the past 2 years?
6. Do you have occupational health provision for your employees?
7. Please say how this is carried out.

1. Yes, NSS Promoting Attendance Policy February 2012.
2. 2014-2015 was 4.0% and 2015-2016 was 4.2%.
3. NSS also has a Stress/Mental Health Policy.
4. Yes but our statistics above are inclusive of stress and mental health issues.
5. 2014-2015 was 0.88% and 2015-2016 was 1.0%.
6. Yes.
7. The NSS Healthy Working Lives Team manage all Occupational Health Service (OHS) activities either directly or through an external OHS provider.
