Overview

The contract provides out-placement and in-placement services to staff, following management referral.

The Service will provide specific ‘service packages’ for

• Retirees
• Employees leaving the organisation
• Employees to be ‘in-placed’ within the organisation

Topics include career guidance, career evaluation, resume writing and interview preparation, developing networks, job search skills and targeting the job market.

What is in scope?

Advice and guidance on topics including:

• Comprehensive career counselling
• Career change
• Review of personal goals
• Guidance and training on job search skills
• CV preparation and production
• Vacancy applications, letter writing and application forms
• Options other than employment - e.g. training, self-employment, retirement etc.
• Independent financial awareness
• Financial advice, including impact on pension
