The Scottish Government published draft guidance with proposals for implementing Project Bank Accounts (PBA's) in construction projects on 4 July 2016.
We requested feedback on the draft guidance over a period of 5 weeks, until 5 August 2016. The indicative dates noted for policy announcement and implementation have been revised to allow consideration of responses. It is however still proposed to publish the finalised guidance towards the end of the summer. Please email any queries to the Project Bank Accounts mailbox.
