First Minister @nicolasturgeon saw behind the scenes today at the UK's 1st District Heat Network which will go live in Stirling. The £6m collaboration between Scottish Water Horizons and @stirlingcouncil supported by @scotgov will deliver heat produced from waste water energy to a number of public buildings in the city. Scottish Water Chief Executive Douglas Millican was on hand to show the FM the ground-breaking technology.
