I am delighted to represent the Highlands and Islands region. I grew up in Ullapool and worked in Inverness as a mental health pharmacist for 20 years before entering politics. I have volunteered for the National Childbirth Trust, Girlguiding, Ullapool Book festival and the Helmsdale Games. I live in Ross-Shire with my husband and three children.

I’m a keen rugby fan (watching not playing these days!) and I enjoy running. I love to travel, eat good food, watch live music and I’m an avid reader.
