If you have made an incorrect claim for exemption from NHS charges and have been issued with a reference number from the Patient Claims Team, you can make a payment online, using a debit/credit card.

You can make a payment via our automated telephone payment line by calling 0345 601 2912, option 1. Our lines are available 24 hours a day. You will need your reference number from our letter.
