I haven't received my loan payment from the Student Loan Company? Payments will not be released until your College/University confirms you are enrolled on your course.
Need to change or cancel your course, university or college with us?
No problem, just go to your online account and select the Change of course/Withdrawal option
I've submitted my application, how long until I hear from you?

I have made my application but forgot to ask for fees/loan/bursary. What can I do? To request fees or bursary, log into your online account and click on 'Submit Enquiry'. To apply for your loan, you will need to complete and return this form through the document upload service.
My course is not on the drop down list.
You can select the option for “other” and manually type in your course title. You should then upload a copy of your offer letter through your online account.
