Funding

There are a number of funding opportunities available designed specifically to help initiatives or projects which support the Park aims.

What types of funding are available?

  • LEADER 2014-2020 programme has now closed to new Expressions of Interest.  The Cairngorms Local Action Group have now committed their full allocation of £2,968,517 to projects set up to deliver the Local Development Strategy in the Cairngorms National Park.
  • Outdoor learning travel grant: support for schools, voluntary and community groups making educational visits to the Cairngorms National Park
  • Cairngorms Trust Grants Programmes support projects that contribute to delivery of the Cairngorms Local Development Strategy. Our Campaigns and Community Grants programmes are managed by the Cairngorms Trust.
