This page contains answers to our current most commonly asked questions for full-time undergraduate students. We will update it continuously throughout the year. Part-time students should go to this section of the website.
How do I go about changing my bank details?
You can do this by logging into your online account and selecting the relevant option on the right hand side. If you have taken out a student loan, you must also inform the Student Loan Company on 0300 100 0609. You must tell us at least 3 weeks before your next payment is due to ensure it is paid into the correct account.
I haven't received my loan payment from the Student Loan Company? Payments will not be released until your College/University confirms you are enrolled on your course.
Need to change or cancel your course, university or college with us?
No problem, just go to your online account and select the Change of course/Withdrawal option
I have made my application but forgot to ask for fees/loan/bursary. What can I do? To request fees or bursary, log into your online account and click on 'Submit Enquiry'. To apply for your loan, you will need to complete and return this form through the document upload service.
