Welcome to the unique and special Cairngorms National Park. There's something for everyone, from exploring the nature and wildlife found in the mountainous trails of Tolmount, or relaxing on the beach of Loch Morlich – it’s simply breathtaking
The current COVID-19/Coronavirus situation is changing rapidly and we are closely monitoring this to ensure we are following national guidance, at this time we are urging people to exercise locally and NOT to visit the National Park unnecessarily.
The main advice to residents is that you should stick to familiar areas and low-risk activities, as well as avoid using bothies. If you do go for a walk outdoors, then please stay local and ensure you are more than two metres from others.
Come and explore this wild and natural playground, a haven for wildlife, walking, climbing, cycling and much, much more.
