Primary Care Information (PCI)
The PCI dashboards provide a single access point for GPs and practice staff to see health care information for their GP Practice and Cluster. The information is delivered through a set of interactive dashboards, and show comparisons at Scotland, NHS Board and HSCP.
Please note that the following dashboards are now publicly available on our website:
Demographics
Disease Prevalence
National Therapeutic Indicators
The latest release includes the most recent data available for each of the measures, the latest being the third quarter of 2019-20 (October-December).
Additional data
More data is available to access through the secure part of the PCI dashboards, including:
- Outpatient referral rates, by specialty
- 'High Health Gain' risk prediction patient listings (see http://www.isdscotland.org/Health-Topics/Health-and-Social-Community-Care/High-Health-Gain/ for more information).
- Emergency Admissions
- 7 day readmissions
- Health and Social Care 'Pathways Population Matrix'

Once access has been granted, the dashboards can be viewed by entering the username and password at https://viz.nhsnss.scot.nhs.uk/.
