Apply for or renew your bus pass
To get an older person's National Entitlement Card you must be:
- aged 60+
- resident in Scotland
If you think you might be eligible because of a disability, check Transport Scotland eligibility criteria.
Apply or renewing
You will need to enter which region of Scotland you live in to find out how to:
- apply for a new card
- replace a lost card
When applying or renewing, you'll need:
- a completed application form
- a recent photograph
- proof of age
- proof of your current address
If your card is due to expire. Contact your local council for renewal details in your area.

Application forms are available (depending on where you live in Scotland) from:
- council information offices
- libraries
- local travel centres
- Post Offices
