Feshiebridge Forest Notice
The Feshie Woodland Trail has now reopened following recent forestry works. However, there are still timber lorries working in the area.
Please be aware of lorries using the forest road section of the trail.

Feshiebridge is part of a beautiful, peaceful forest that washes against the great bulk of the Cairngorm mountains.
There are beautiful trails along the wide grassy bank of the River Feshie, perfect for a picnic, and some intriguing sculptures to discover among the trees, by the celebrated artist Frank Bruce.

Walking trails
Frank Bruce Sculpture Trail
A winding path through tall trees and a tranquil walled garden, visiting the remarkable sculptures of Frank Bruce.
A firm smooth path; generally flat with some short gentle gradients.
Allow ¾ hour
Frank Bruce was a self-taught sculptor from a village in Aberdeenshire. His carvings, exploring Scottish culture and our relationship with others, fill the woodland with spirits and stories in the only outdoor sculpture garden in the Cairngorms National Park.
River Feshie Trail
A narrow natural path along the river. There are lots of places to stop and watch the water.
A mostly narrow grassy trail with rough and uneven rocky sections. Can be wet and muddy after rain. Contains short fairly steep sections. Narrow bridges.
Allow 1 hour
The River Feshie drains vast quantities of water from the high Cairngorm mountains. Sometimes it’s a slow, mist-covered ribbon; at other times a powerful torrent.
Feshie Woodland Trail
A peaceful trail into a classic Cairngorm landscape of tumbling burns, heather and Scots pines.
A moderately steep route, with short steeper sections. Earthy paths with some narrow, rough sections, including stone steps and roots. Can be wet after rain. Includes two public road crossings.

The nearest places to eat are in Kincraig village.
No camping is allowed within the car park area.

Please note, parking charges are as follows:
- £1 for up to 1 hour
- £1.50 for up to 3 hours
- £2 for all day
- £8 for minibus and coach all day
Season passes are also available at the following prices:
- £25 for a yearly pass for up to two cars
- £10 for up to a fortnight for up to two cars

Getting here
From Aviemore take the B9152 south to Kincraig. Turn left opposite the war memorial, signposted for Feshiebridge, and follow the road through the village and across the river to a T-junction. Turn left here and the car park on your left after about ½ mile (800 metres).

PH21 1NG is the nearest postcode, although it is a little further up Glenfeshie.
Public transport
Buses run to Kincraig, about 1 mile (1.6 km) away. Check Traveline Scotland for details.
