Changes from 4 April 2011 - Bankruptcy and Diligence Act
Part 15, of the Bankruptcy and Diligence Act (Scotland) Act 2007, commenced by SSI 2011/179 introduces procedures that must be followed when removing someone from property.

Change of fee charged by AiB
Commencement of The Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 on 1 April 2011 sees an increase in the fee charged by the Accountant in Bankruptcy for the consignment and uplift of consigned funds.

Apply to be on the panel of approved DAS payments distributors
With the new Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011, only approved Payments Distributors who are members of an appointed panel will carry out the payments distribution function for Debt Payment Programmes approved after 1 July 2011.
