The final meeting of the Debt Action Forum has taken place. The forum discussed proposed solutions for those in Scotland struggling with personal debt.

The Debt Action Forum considered a number of papers during its deliberations. These are now available for information.

The Minister for Community Safety, Fergus Ewing MSP has agreed to revoke the above regulations which would have come into force on 1 July 2009.
