Replacement Certificate and Authentication Service
Due to the continuing coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we are currently unable to produce replacement certificates nor provide scanned copies of your certificate.
We would encourage you to sign up to MySQA to view results for qualifications achieved after 1995. If you have any questions about MySQA please contact us at mysqa@sqa.org.uk.
For qualifications achieved before 1995 please contact us with the following information and we will provide you with a summary of your achievements by email:
- Full Name (now and at time of undertaking the qualification)
- Date of Birth
- Scottish Candidate Number (if known)
- Qualifications Achieved
- Date (year) achieved
- College / Training provider
If you need copy certificates to be sent to World Education Service, we have agreed a process where they will accept a certification summary directly from us.

Authentication service
This service is for companies and educational organisations who wish to confirm that candidates have gained their qualifications and that the grades and years provided are correct.
As organisations and candidates have different requirements for authentication, please complete our enquiry form, and we’ll email you with the next steps.
