The Performing Arts Venues Relief Fund is a targeted £10 million fund to support Scotland's performing arts venues. It will help venues who cannot yet reopen to their audiences due to the ongoing impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). Full details to be released. (3 July 2020)
Bed and Breakfast Hardship Fund criteria has been extended to include those operating with business bank account. The fund will close to new applications on 10 July 2020 (3 July 2020)

The UK Job Retention Scheme (furlough) that pays 80% of wages of workers on leave because of coronavirus has been extended by a further four months to October. The UK Government will ask companies to "start sharing" the cost of the scheme from August. (12 May 2020)
