Leadership

Project Lift community events

Project Lift is hosting a series of events to explore how to tackle the most urgent issues in health and care and how to create a more sustainable way of working which enables different approaches that prevent new issues occurring, building resilience within ourselves, our teams and the system.

They will have the opportunity to share and learn from others in a similar position about how certain types of ‘leadership’ come from within, not from your job title.
