Rhoda has represented the Highlands and Islands region from 1999 to 2003 and then from 2007 to the present day. She was born in Stornoway, brought up in Wester Ross and now lives in Inverness. Trade Union Membership:

Rhoda has a BSc (Hons) in Social Studies gained through the Open University.
Prior to being elected to the Scottish Parliament she worked for Unison the trade union.
