As part of its commitment to openness and accessibility, LG agreed to include provision of its papers and minutes within the Scottish Parliament's Publication Scheme, making them available online. These can be viewed on the LG minutes and papers page. Some papers are withheld from publication. There are two main reasons for this.
- If a paper is a draft SPCB paper, it is deleted once the SPCB paper has been finalised.
- The paper contains information which is considered may be exempt under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
