Gifts
On 17 February 2017 I launched the consultation on my proposed Tied Pubs (Code and Adjudicator) (Scotland) Bill. Since then I have received in kind support and expect to receive further in kind support from the GMB Scotland (a Trade Union, of Fountain House, 1/3 Woodside Crescent, Glasgow, G3 7JU) and Tennent Caledonian Breweries Wholesale Limited (a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded alcoholic drinks of 10 Compton Way, North Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, KA11 4HU). The value of in kind support received from GMB Scotland is estimated to be just over £300. In addition I have received in kind support from Tennent Caledonian Breweries Wholesale Limited for design work, creation of a website and general media support. The value of the in kind support from Tennent Caledonian Breweries Wholesale Limited is estimated to cost around £5,000. I established that the donation was from a permissible donor and accepted it on 17 February 2017. [Registered 17 March 2017, Amended interest 13 April 2017, Amended interest 16 March 2018, Amended interest 26 March 2018]
On 1 February 2018 I received 150 bottles of beer from Tennent Caledonian Breweries Wholesale Limited (a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded alcoholic drinks of 10 Compton Way, North Newmoor Industrial Estate, Irvine, KA11 4HU). I estimate the value of this in kind support for the beer bottles and labels to be approximately £450. [Registered 21 February 2018, Amended interest 26 March 2018]
