    The Finance and Constitution Committee meets with Michael Russell, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs, and Euan Page, Head of UK Frameworks Unit, Scottish Government on Wednesday morning to consider the UK Government's UK internal market white paper.
