The Scottish Government, Housing and Social Justice Directorate are working to provide reliable, relevant and up-to-date information on The Scottish Government websites with regards to the upcoming implementation of Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 and The Private Housing (Tenancies) Act 2016. This form allows letting agents to register their details, so that these details can be used by The Scottish Government, Housing and Social Justice Directorate to communicate relevant information on the upcoming letting agent registration requirements.

When do I need to register?

The Register of Letting Agents is likely to start accepting applications from early 2018. If you're a letting agent, you must submit your application by the 30th September 2018.
