The Minister for Energy, Enterprise and Tourism wrote to the Convener on 30 October 2014 indicating that work is ongoing at official level between the Scottish and UK Governments to determine the drafting of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill and the need for an LCM on the recovery of public sector exit payments when high earners return to the same part of the public sector within 12 months of their leaving.
