Make a disability claim for a school student
If you're the parent of a school student whose school is discriminating against them (or if you're the student), you can ask the Additional Support Needs Tribunal for Scotland (ASNTS) to look into it.
The ASNTS can look into claims if you feel the school is discriminating in terms of:
- admissions
- providing education
- access to any benefit, facility or service
- exclusions
- any other disadvantage
You can find more on the ASNTS on the Health and Education Chamber website.
