Check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 30 minutes for foot passengers - otherwise space will be reallocated. Late check-in may also lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.
Campervans/Motorhomes/Caravans - Please confirm you have agreed overnight provision prior to travel to the islands
Port Opening Hours - Our Ports at Stornoway and Ullapool are operating to reduced opening hours due to the reduced timetable.
Food and Drink - A phased reopening of our food and drink offering is now available on some of our routes and options will vary depending on the vessel
If you require to be tested for Covid19 and live on an island, please request a home testing kit or visit the local island testing facility if this is available. If you live on the mainland, please arrange to visit a local testing centre. Don't travel on the ferry and stay at home if you feel unwell or if anyone in your household is experiencing coronavirus symptoms.
