Please note that the modules were originally developed for NHS staff and the content will be changed over time to reflect the wider public sector. Click on the module to read a short description of what you can expect to find in it, who should do it and how long it will take to complete it. Most of them will take around 30 minutes to complete.

Please note that you can view content and complete the QI modules without registering on Turas. However, if you wish to track your progress through the modules, you must register and log in to the system.

Please note that the Quality Improvement e-learning modules can be accessed on mobile devices. However devices may require installation of additional software to allow full functionality of the modules (e.g. Puffin app).
All modules require the latest version of the Adobe Flash player in order to function correctly.
To record module completion you MUST click the close button (red 'x') at the top right of the final slide in each module. The certificate linked within the module will NOT be saved in your My Learning Record.
