2 January 2016- 2.2.11.4 Manufacturer / License and Batch Number
- Section 2.2.11.4 has been added to include Manufacturer Import License Number and Batch Number endorsement.
- 2.2.11.3 Products Not included in Part 7S or 7U
- Section 2.2.11.3 has been updated to include reference to Circular PCA(P)(2015)17 which describes new arrangements for the dispensing of specials and imported unlicensed medicines effective from 1st September 2015.
- Appendix 6 - Reimbursement for Specials
- An Appendix 6 has been added to give more detail relating to the specials process.
- 2.2.4 Item Not Collected
- Section 2.2.4 has been amended to remove the necessity of scoring out barcodes due to the implementation of flexible claiming, which now allows the re-submission/editing of electronic claims any time prior to the paper being submitted to PSD for payment.

- A new section 3.2 - Limited Life endorsement has been added using instalment dispensing endorsement N.B We now use the electronic information, where available, as our primary source of data within the payment process including the manual processing of prescription items.
