Replacement Certificate(s) Request
Due to the tier 4 restrictions announced on Tuesday 17 November we will be unable to despatch replacement certificates until week commencing 14 December.
All requests received between now and 11 December, or any requested currently outstanding, will experience a delay and will be despatched from 14 December onwards.
If you have any questions or require confirmation of your results during this period please email us at replacement.certificates@sqa.org.uk.
Please note: This form is for centres only. Candidates can order replacement certificates from www.sqa.org.uk/eshop.
By completing this form, you accept that your centre will be invoiced £40 per candidate.
For centres outside of the UK the courier charge is £20 for this service.
Please ensure that each candidate's name and address are correct on APS Navigator, as the certificates will be dispatched to the address we hold on our records.
