HMP Highland Proposal

The Scottish Prison Service are proposing to replace the existing prison at HMP Inverness with a new fit-for-purpose prison development. The characteristics of the existing prison site do not support redevelopment given the age and size of buildings and therefore a new site is required for the development of HMP Highland.
