An undulating 13km run on Arran's west coast
We say 'undulating' - Arran's a little bit more than that. Expect some demon hills on the Arran Half Marathon , setting out from Blackwaterfoot on the west coast. You'll get beautiful views across the sea to Ailsa Craig and the Mull of Kintyre, if you can take your eyes off the road. There's a race bus from Brodick to Blackwaterfoot, but you need to book in advance.
