If you are a patient, visit Scotland's Service Directory on the NHS Inform website to find out how to access local NHS services. To provide feedback or complain about your COVID-19 testing experience or your experience of the National Contact Tracing Centre please complete the form below.
NHS Inform also has information on common symptoms and guidance for self-help, and information for refugees, asylum seekers and overseas visitors.
Patients can access free, confidential and independent advice and support for patients of the NHS in Scotland through the Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS), provided by Citizens Advice Scotland. Patients can also share experiences of UK health and care services through the Care Opinion website.

NSS feedback, comments, concerns and complaints
You can leave feedback, comments or raise concerns about NHS National Services Scotland, the National Contact Tracing Centre or your COVID-19 testing experience by completing the form below.
Please note that NSS does not treat patients – if your complaint is about your GP or treatment you have received in an NHS hospital please contact your NHS board.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, many of our staff are working remotely so we cannot guarantee that mail posted to us will be picked up. Please use the form for your enquiries.

Assisting other organisations involved in health and care
We support transformation throughout the health and care system by using our national position to ensure our services, solutions and programmes of work are coordinated with regional and local initiatives. We connect with other public bodies, from integration authorities and local government to emergency services and the third and independent sectors.

Data protection
NSS does not hold patient health records. However, like all NHSScotland bodies, we gather and use personal information to provide more effective health services.
Our Data Protection Notice explains what personal information we use, what our legal basis is for using it and how we protect it. It also explains what your rights are under data protection law and how you can ask to see your information.
Freedom of Information
You have the right to request information from any publicly-funded body, including NSS.
FOI requests are not about your personal information, for example your medical records. See above for data protection information regarding that information.
