Contacting us over the festive period

The Care Inspectorate is closed between 25 December and 4 January. However, our contact centre telephone line 0345 600 9527 is open for emergency calls at the following times:

28 - 30 December – 10:00 to 15:00

31 December – 10:00 to 14:00

Our offices are also closed to members of the public due to lockdown restrictions.  Please note, we are unable to receive any postal correspondence.
