The Reshaping Care for Older People programme provides a
long term and strategic approach to delivering change so that
we can achieve our vision for future care for older people in
Scotland. It has a 10 year horizon to deliver significant shifts
in the balance of care from institutional to community settings.
The plan sets out headline ambitions for RCOP with a 1st
wave of key actions required to deliver these ambitions.
