Early Learning and Childcare Data Consultation

Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) is a service that provides education and care for children who are not yet at school. Services providing ELC can include (but are not limited to) nurseries, playgroups, parent and toddler groups,crèches and childminders. ELC is a key priority area for the Scottish Government, who are committed to developing a high quality, flexible system that is accessible and affordable for all.
