To search the inventory for particular categories of materials you need to use the filters – the small arrows at the top of each column. If you left click on the arrows you will get a drop down list of the entries in the column below. If you click on one of these entries the column will only show the type of entry you are looking for (eg if you click 2006 under date of publication you will only get materials from last year).
