Workforce Development is at the heart of
everything we do and we are in a unique
position to promote this across the sector
and beyond. The SSSC is charged with the
regulation of education, training and
development of over 125,000 people in
the sector including Early Education and
Child Care. We are working towards a
fully qualified, highly skilled workforce
that will serve to offer both greater
protection and enhance the confidence
of users of services and the wider public.
