Do you believe the current level of planning protection afforded to Scottish battlefields is adequate?
 

Do you agree that new legislation is needed to give Scottish battlefields much greater planning protection?
 

Please don't allow property developers to ruin our heritage. It's important to show respect for our history so that generations to come can have the chance to reflect.

Been to Culloden many times. Am absolutely horrified that anyone would consider building on the battlefield.

We need to greatly strengthen the planning protection for site such as our Battlefields which are under constant threat from developers who have no interest in preserving our past history.

I am the first born out of Scotland for my family. my great grandmother and grandmother coming from golspie, and my mum dad sister and brother all coming from glasgow and paisley In the last ten years I've bell reconnecting with my family and family history To many of us immigrants this site is of extreme importance as well as the folk from Scotland.

No I do not believe it's adequate. Applications will continue to be put in regardless how many times they are turned down. Legislation enshrined in law is needed to protect the Battlefield.
