Coronavirus (Scotland) Bill
As a result of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Bill, the moratorium process has changed for a limited period of time. Key changes include the period of relief now lasting for 6 months and the restriction of one per year being lifted. Forms
Schedule 1 of The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011 contains various statutory forms that should be completed in respect of DAS.
The forms should be completed on eDEN and submitted through the system.
However, where this is not possible, these forms can be submitted manually. The forms in questions are:
- Application to register as a Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) approved Payments Distributor
- Form 1 - Application for approval of a debt payment programme
- Form 2 - Notification to creditor of approval of a debt payment programme
- Form 3 - Payment instruction to employer
- Form 4 - Application for variation of a debt payment programme
- Form 5 - Application for revocation of a debt payment programme
