NHSScotland's contingency plans for clinical waste disposal.

How many patients have been struck off / blacklisted by NHS GP Surgeries in NHS Lothian the last three years and broken down to each GP Practice?

The names of the top fifty General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) based on the number of Dental Reference Officer (DRO) requests in the last 35 months including their NHS earnings.

You requested information about our use of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 Scotland (RIPSA) to authorise the use of Covert Human Intelligence Sources. You specifically asked has the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service ever authorised the use of Juvenile Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

1. How much has been spent on external consultants or support to advise on the implications and consequences of brexit, or recommend actions to mitigate any possible brexit impacts? If spend has occurred, please confirm the name of the supplier or suppliers and copies of any material produced by this process.

2. Please supply copies of any brexit planning documentation held by the organisation or consumed by senior management. This may include, but should not be limited to, Risk Assessments, Action Plans, Meeting minutes, Reports and presentations.

3. Please supply technical or advisory briefing documentation on brexit that has been produced by the organisation and supplied to other government agencies or bodies.

4. Please supply copies of any technical or advisory documentation that has been supplied to the agency from other public bodies that relates to Brexit contingency planning.

5. Please supply details of any assessment that has been made of the financial impact on the organisation, either positive or negative, of the brexit process. Has the organisation set-aside a contingency fund or invested as a direct consequence of the brexit process? If so, please provide summary details.

Please advise who was the senior dental advisor (employed by NSS) involved in the Judicial review P220/17 Petition of Joanna Adamczak-Gawrychowska vs. a Decision of the Common Services Agency Practitioner Services Dental & Ophthalmic.

1.)           How many people currently receive support payments in Scotland?

2.)           If there are any historical figures for the number receiving payments so I could see how it has changed over time?

3.)           What the breakdown of those payments would be – how many go directly to those infected and how many go to bereaved spouses/partners?

4.)           How many payments are for HIV/Hep C/both infections?

5.)           How many payments are for haemophiliacs and how many for non-blood disorder victims?

Please provide an update on those dentist newly registered in practice following this summer’s graduations at Scotland’s 3 dental schools.

Can you please provide from the 1st of January 2017 to 31st of December 2017:

1. Number of payments made to opticians for eye exams split into over and under 60.
2. The number of vouchers given.
3. The full name, address and contact details for each optician they were paid to.
4. How many patients had cataracts in these exams.
