As. Battlefield and war grave it is disgraceful to even contemplate development. There should be protective legislation in place to stop this issue from ever arising.

Cultural resource management practices for a high level resource such as Culloden must value the space around a battle site. Sense of place, viewscape, sound levels, long term protection are all part of caring for a historic site of this level. I encourage you not to succumb to short term gain and think more about the educational opportunities to tell the story of your magnificent country and the cultural burden this historic site played a role in.
