Making payments

The secure portal allows you to make either partial or full payment and is processed by Worldpay.

Please ensure you are making the correct payment amount if you are on an agreed payment plan by referring to the last letter sent to you.

Or if you are unsure of this or your remaining balance please call the Collections Unit Team on 0131 240 2144.

When making a payment you need to include either your:

• Payment Reference Number – which you can find on any letters from the Collections Unit
• or your Legal Aid Reference Number – which you will find on letters from our Principal Sums department.

After you enter your details you should click ‘Make Payment’. You will then be redirected to Worldpay where you can enter your card details and confirm payment.
