The Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP), part of the ihub, is a unique national initiative that aims to improve the safety and reliability of healthcare and reduce harm, whenever care is delivered.
The Access QI programme is a collaboration between Healthcare Improvement Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland and participating NHS boards. We are now starting phase two of the programme and inviting 25 planned care services to join.
