Equality Outcomes - Consultation
We are currently seeking input on the development of our equality outcomes for the period 2021 – 25.
Our outcomes are focussed pieces of work which help us to make changes which will improve our services for patients, members of the public and for our staff.
The outcomes we have drafted are a starting point for further discussion and input and therefore could change.
The draft outcomes are:
- To improve access and referral to the most appropriate care that is person centred, safe and effective
- The experience of patients will improve through staff who are supported to deliver person centred care
- The mental health of patients and staff employed by the Service is better supported and accessibility to appropriate care and wellbeing resources is improved
